Limited Time Offer

Enforcement

1) Students will get sent to the counseling office immediately and not be permitted to remain in the classroom if they are in violation of the dress code.

2) In the office the student will have the opportunity to change their clothes (they can call home for a change of clothes).

3) Again, the student will not be permitted to return to the classroom until the dress code violation has been corrected.  If they choose not change clothes, they will be sent home immediately for Willful Disobedience and will be given a 3 day suspension.

- If a student is not in dress code for the FIRST week and a half of the school year they will have the option of renting an approved item from the office for a charge of $1 per item to cover the laundering fee.   They still however accrue an offense.

Discipline

The first, second and third time a student is sent to the office for a dress code offense, they will be required to change clothes before returning to the classroom and will be counted TARDY for class.  After the third time, the behavior is deemed Willful Disobedience and a 3 day suspension will be issued.  The next offense will result in a 5 day suspension.  Any additional offense will result in an Alternative Placement for the student.
